The service

HoloKura is an app by The Junsu Company to recognise Pokémon cards with your phone, check their prices and organise your collection. It is provided by Daniel Cortes (Spanish tax ID 53931448J), at Av. Montequinto 8, 41089 Sevilla (Spain), who develops HoloKura under the brand The Junsu Company.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and what is done with it. Your username and display name may not impersonate others or be offensive; we may change them or suspend the account if this is not respected.

Fair use

You may not:

• Use the app for illegal purposes or to harass others.
• Try to access it without permission, overload the service or scrape its data.
• Resell or copy the service or its data.

Prices are indicative

Prices come from external sources (such as Cardmarket and CardTrader) and are indicative. We do not guarantee that a card can be bought or sold at that price, nor are we liable for decisions made with them.

Plans and promo codes

There is a free plan with limits and a paid plan. The terms and price of the paid plan will be shown before you subscribe. Promo codes give access to a plan for the stated time and cannot be exchanged for money.

Trademarks and content

HoloKura is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and the names and images of the cards belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the cards.

Liability

We do our best for the app to work well, but it may have errors or interruptions. We are not liable for indirect damage from its use, except where the law does not allow it to be excluded.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights your country’s law gives you.
